John Emerson Barlow Jr., 70, of Marion died Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
Mr. Barlow was of the Baptist Faith, a retired sheetrock refinisher, and a U. S. Army Veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Kelley Barlow of Marion; a son, John Ryan Barlow of Marion; three sisters, Sarah Roberson and Phoebe Panell both of West Memphis and Kim Spranger of Jonesboro; two brothers, Dallas Barlow of West Memphis and Terry Barlow of Little Falls Minnesota.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Service with Military honors at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 8, 2016, at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home.

Ella Armeta Dowling
Ella Armeta Dowling, 73, of West Memphis left this life Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2016.
Ella was a faithful member and secretary of Grace Baptist Church, and retired from Arkansas State.
Her husband, Don Dowling preceded her in death Sept. 22, 2006.
She is survived by two sisters, Ida Zyriek of Fairhope, Alabama and Naomi Myrick (Larry) of Weens, Virginia; three nephews, Robert and Bruce Zyriek and Mark Myrick; and three great nieces, Emma and Maya Zyriek and Laura Myrick.
Memorials can be made to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
A memorial service will be Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church, 1399 N. Missouri in West Memphis.

Lourraine Goodman, 81, of Memphis, died Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016, in her home. Visitation Friday, Oct. 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Anthony Funeral Home South Chapel. Services Saturday, Oct. 8, 11 a.m. in the south chapel with burial in Marion Memorial Cemetery. She is survived by three daughters, Gwendolyn Goodman, Twanda Goodman of Memphis and Wilma Goodman of Jonesboro, Georgia; three sons, Nathaniel Goodman of West Memphis, Jerome Goodman and Manyel Goodman of Memphis; 36 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.
