Nancy Irene Jopek, 64, of West Memphis, passed away Friday, Jan. 6, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lou Sanfratello.

She is survived by her life partner, Mary Lou Baker of West Memphis; her father, Alfred Jopek of New York; her three sisters, Marsha Pauley, Cindy Lang (Stan) both of Ohio, Julie Wagle (Jim) of Minnesota; and her two brothers, Roger Jopek (Nancy) of New York, and Michael Jopek of Pennsylvania.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday Jan. 28, 2017 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church at 11 a.m.

Briana K. Lewis

Briana K. Lewis, 23, of Jonesboro, died Friday, Jan.

13, 2017, in St. Bernard Hospital. Services Saturday, Jan. 28, 11 a.m. in the Anthony Funeral Home South Chapel with visitation two hours prior to service.

Burial in Paradise Garden Cemetery. She is survived by her mother, Barbara Posey of Jonesboro; her father, Plato Lewis, III of West Memphis; a son, Braylen Lewis of Jonesboro; two sisters, Shavon Lewis and Shanta Austin of West Memphis; two brothers, Bryan Posey of Jonesboro and Plato Lewis, IV of Memphis; her grandparents, Plato and Alberta Lewis, Jr.

of Marion.

Jimmy Lee Miller

Jimmy Lee Miller, 60, of Marion, died Monday, Jan.

16, 2017, in Methodist University Hospital.

Visitation Friday, Jan. 27, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Anthony Funeral Home South Chapel. Services Saturday, Jan. 28th, 12 noon in Philadelphia Church on James Mill Road with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial in Mt.

Vernon Cemetery at Clarkedale. He is survived by his wife, Sallie M. Miller of Marion; one daughter, Quintella McDaniel of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; two sons, Joshua Miller of Hughes and Lorenza Miller of West Memphis; five sisters, Henrene Agnew of Little Rock, Odessa Cash of Dewitt, Tina Hammond of Sherwood, Lucy Coleman of West Memphis and Elizabeth Lewis of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; one brother, James Miller of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Mrs. Selita Joyce Slabaugh

Mrs. Selita Joyce Slabaugh of Marion, died Monday, Jan. 23, 2017, in Memphis, Tennessee at the Methodist Hospital.

She was 57. Selita was born in Memphis to Ben Charles Turner and Betty Jean Cornelous Turner. She went to Arkansas State and was a teacher. She loved to read and loved her cats. In 1989, she married Chuck Fitzgerald Slabaugh. She was a member of Colonial Baptist Church in Marion.

Survivors are her loving husband, Chuck Fitzgerald Slabaugh of Marion. She is preceded in death by her brother, Greg Turner; and parents, Ben and Betty Turner. Visitation will be Thursday, Jan. 26, 2017 from 10 to 10:30 a.m.

Funeral following at 10:30 a.m. with burial in Cogbill Cemetery. Kernodle Funeral Home, Wynne, in charge of arrangements.

Rose Lee Taylor

Rose Lee Taylor, 89, of Hughes, died Friday, Jan.

20, 2017, in her home.

Services Saturday, Jan. 28, at 12 noon in Anthony-West Memphis Funeral North Chapel with visitation one hour prior to service. She is survived by a daughter, Earnestine Gilliam of Hughes; one sister, Mary Proctor of Chicago, Illinois; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
