Frederick Edward Beck, 92, of Marion, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday Aug. 8, 2017.

He was born on October 9, 1924, in Morrilton, Arkansas, to Anthony and Agnes Beck.

Frederick was an Army Veteran, serving in WWII and earning two Purple Hearts.

He retired from the US Postal Service. He was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in West Memphis, Arkansas.

Frederick Beck leaves behind his wife of 56 years, Lillian Rachel Mastin Beck; daughters, Katherine Burns (Jay) of Marion, Judy Palmer (Jonas) of Lakeland, Tennessee and Amanda Beck of Marion; sister, Rosemary Beck of Solgohachia; brothers, Harold Beck (Sharon) of Hattieville, Herman Beck (Meredith) of Springfield, and Ronald Beck (Rosalie) of Hattieville; grandchildren, Tara Crouch (Jonathan), Morgan Burns, Kirby Burns, Emily Burns, Danika Palmer, Eric Palmer, Brennan Palmer, Michael Leddon, Bethanie Leddon, Brody Leddon, and Clayton Leddon.

Frederick is preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Agnes Beck; sister, Rita Armstrong; brothers, Eugene Beck, Anthony Beck and James Beck.

Visitation will be at 10 a.m.

on Friday, Aug. 11, 2017, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in West Memphis. Funeral Mass will follow. Graveside service will be Saturday, August 12, 2017, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Hattieville, Arkansas.

Donations may be made to St. Michael’s Catholic School.

Rickie Glenn Kirkendoll

Rickie Glenn Kirkendoll was born March 13, 1962 to Carl and Avera Kirkendoll. Rickie was taken from this world unjustly on Monday, Aug. 7, 2017 at his home in Lake City, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by Carl and Avera Kirkendoll. Rickie leaves behind his wife, Linda Kirkendoll; three brothers, Garner Kirkendoll, Roger Kirkendoll and Carl Kirkendoll; two sisters, Diane Derrick and Patsy House.

He also leaves behind his children, Tania Wesson and Danny Wesson, Christine and Cheryl Riden, Amie Kirkendoll, Shane and Brittany Yerbey, Amy and Shane McFerrian, Jason and Courtney Yerbey and Christopher Yerbey. He also leaves behind 20 grandchildren and lots of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He will be missed and loved dearly by all.

Visitation from 2 to 3 p.m.

today, Aug. 11, 2017 at Roller Citizens, West Memphis with services at 3 p.m.
