A Champions’ Celebration
The Crittenden County Quorum Court recognized a trio of championship teams Tuesday morning. Above: The West Memphis Christian football team laid hold of more honors from elected officials during Quorum Court on Tuesday. The Black Knights season culminated with a thrilling overtime championship game in Jackson, Mississippi. Below: Big smiles and championship rings weren’t the only thing the Earle High School Bulldogs sported at the Quorum Court Meeting. The boys basketball team picked up congratulations by official proclamations from state, county, and city officials marking their third straight state hoops championship. Bottom: Earle Lady Bulldogs Basketball team beamed after receiving recognition during the April Quorum Court meeting.
