Billie Greer

Billie Greer, 86, of West Memphis, passed away Sept. 28, 2019, at Willowbend Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Marion. She was born in Lake City, Nov. 4, 1932, to Fred and Doris Courthey.

Mrs. Greer was an Eastern Star and worshiped at the Church of Christ. She enjoyed making porcelain dolls.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husbands, Bill Greer and James Higgins, Sr.; a great grandchild, Logan Gibbs; and brother, Fred Courthey.

Survivors include her son, James Higgins, Jr.; daughter, Terri Jones; grandchild, Robbin Gibbs; great grandchildren,

Maggie Gibbs.

Graveside funeral services will be Thursday, Oct. 4, at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery at 2:30 p.m.
