This 18-inch deep pothole on the corner of Winchell and Jefferson drew attention at the October meeting of the West Memphis Public Work Commission. Neighborhood residents wanted to know who would fix the big hole and when. City Councilman James Pulliaum promised to pass the complaint to city administration.
