OBITUARIES

Linda “Meemaw” Lewis

Linda “Meemaw” Lewis, 68 of Horseshoe Lake passed away Monday, March 7, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Glendall and Tinnie Gallion; her sister, Patsy Harris of Mountain View; and her son in law, Brad Sechrest of Marion.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Prentiss Lewis of Horseshoe Lake; her daughter, Becky Sechrest of Marion; a granddaughter, Lindsey Stevens; a greatgrandchild, Preslee Stevens; two sisters, Shirley Parrish of West Memphis and Tammy Higgins (John) of Tyronza; two brothers, Jimmy Gallion (Marsha) of Marked Tree and John Gallion (Sandra) of Jackson, Tennessee.

Memorials may be made to Angels Way Baptist Church in Marion.

Services will be on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Angels Way Baptist Church at 1 p.m.

Charles E. “Jack” Raines

Charles E. “Jack” Raines, 85, of Bartlett, Tennessee formerly of Marion died Monday, March 7, 2016, at Methodist North Hospital.

Mr. Raines was a member of Missouri Street Church of Christ, a U. S. Navy Veteran and a retired truck driver.

He is survived by his wife, Bettye Raines of Bartlett, Tennessee; a daughter, Susan Lynn Raines of Memphis, Tennessee; two sons, Charles Neal Raines of Memphis and Eddie Miller of Bartlett, Tennessee; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March, 10, 2016, at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis with services at Missouri Street Church of Christ on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Mid-Town Cemetery in Memphis, Tennessee.
