Mayor for the Day: Elected by his West Member Chamber of Commerce Junior Leadership cohorts, Brandon Curtis adjourned the April 6 West Memphis City Council meeting with a few queues from on-looking (and actual) Mayor Bill Johnson. Students from Junior Leadership spent the day learning all the ins-and-outs of municipal government as part of the program’s curriculum.
