OBITUARIES

Leta Nell Howell, 87, of Hooks, Texas, formerly of West Memphis, Arkansas died Friday, Feb. 22, 2019, in Texarkana, Texas.

Mrs.

Howell was a member of Grace Baptist Church, and retired from Bell Telephone Company.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Mack Howell, and her second husband, J. W. Hickey.

She is survived by her daughter, Kay Howell Wilson (Donald) of Marion; two sons, Mike Howell (Brenda) of Nicholasville, Kentucky, and Gary Howell (Mary) of Hooks, Texas; a sister, Sylvia McFerrin of West Memphis; two brothers, James Brasfield of West Memphis and Glenn Brasfield of Victoria, Texas; eight grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m., on Thursday, Feb.

28, 2019, at Grace Baptist Church, 1399 N. Missouri St. in West Memphis, with burial following at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas.
