Halbert Harrell

Halbert Harrell, 89, of West Memphis, passed away Monday, July 1, 2019, at his residence.

He leaves two daughters, Rochelle Mosley of West Memphis and Janet Randell; a son, Jerome Bugg; and a brother, Solomon Harrell.

Services will be on Monday, July 8, 2019, at 2 p.m., at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home with burial in Marion Memorial
