Suzanne Murphree

Suzanne Murphree, 80, of Marion, Arkansas passed away at home in the presence of her husband and son, on Thursday, March 11, 2021.

Suzanne retired as Vice President of Lending, at the former First National Bank, in West Memphis, Arkansas, after working many years doing a job that she truly loved. She was a lifetime member of the First Presbyterian Church of West Memphis, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert “Bob” R. Bar_eld and Virginia C. Bar_eld; sister, Gay Williams; and daughter Elizabeth “Beth” G. Casey. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, George M. Murphree; son, Ken M. Murphree (Beth); and 2 grandchildren, Matthew M. Murphree and Ella Grace Murphree. Suzanne was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be sorely missed by all that knew and loved her.

The family honored the life of Suzanne with an intimate graveside service at Crittenden Memorial Park, Marion, Arkansas, on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, 11:00 AM.
