Whoever came up with this plan to “improve” the flow of traffic in West Memphis should be FIRED for incompetence!

[ Editor’s Note: I assure you the improvement to the flow of traffic was intended to be for the people on the Interstate, not the people of this community, I will say this, it does not help at all that TDOT, in its infinite wisdom, decided to start a little construction project just on the other side of the river last week. I’ll give whoever came up with this plan an “ A” for effort. My old boss once told me “ any plan is better than no plan”… but I’m also reminded of Harold Ramis’ line in the movie Stripes, “ Custer had a plan.” I think, however, that with this plan, it’s time to say, “ Well, that didn’t work…

*** Rarely has a piece of clothing been such a symbol of change than with the two first ladies. America has moved from Melania Trump’s jacket emblazoned with “I Really Don’t Care, Do U?” to Jill Biden’s “Love”. As to the transition of Presidents we have moved from chaos and disunity to control and working for unity. This change in approach is a hope for the future of America and thus the whole world. The change in having a woman of colour in the VP role also provides a hope for a better future. The reality is of course that there is so much more to be done but at least this time the Presidential team is on task rather than on twitter.

[ Editor’s Note: Let me say, for the record, that I could not care less what either Melania Trump or Jill Biden have emblazoned on their clothing. Snoop Dogg once got arrested in a “ Say No to Drugs” T- shirt. Let’s see some real action from our leaders and not just catchy slogans, huh?]
