The 2021 Janine Earney Celebrity Carnival presented by DeltaARTS returns on Saturday, August 28.

Miracle League of Crittenden County

The 2021 Fall Season of the Crittenden County Miracle League is holding registrations now! The Miracle League provides a safe environment for disabled athletes of all ages to be a part of a sports league suited to their special needs. Marion Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards Banquet The 2021 Marion Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet will be held Thursday, Sept. 16. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., program at 7 p.m., at the Eugene Woods Civic Center.

Keynote speaker will be Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge. Tickets go on sale Aug. 2.

Hometown Crawfordsville

The 14th Annual Hometown Crawfordsville Harvest Festival returns this year, Saturday, Oct. 9, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The festival will not be held on Main Street this year. It will be held at the Old Schoolyard Park on Hwy.

Steudlein Food Program

The Frank C. Steudlein Learning Center is participating in the Child and Adult Care Food Program.

This program will provide meals to all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals are provided at 207 Balfour Rd., and at 1600 Avondale Circle, in West Memphis, Arkansas. The program will provide breakfast, lunch and a p.m.

snack, Monday through Friday during the programming year.

Civil Air Patrol

Civil Air Patrol meets the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the ASU Aviation Technical Center, 737 Taxiway Drive, in West Memphis. Young people ages 12 and up can join the cadet program. Adults are needed to support the cadet program and emergency service operations.

The Crittenden County Museum Displays on history of Crittenden County in Earle in the former Missouri Pacific Railroad Depot, 1112 Main St. Open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays and 2 to 5 p.m.
