Watershed down… again

The poor water tower just can’t seem to catch a break.

The only light not shining on East Broadway in West Memphis Wednesday night was (once again) the tank top lights on the $240,000 municipal light sculpture, Watershed. Authorities said components called “drivers” failed the blue cap lights again and parts and repairs were ordered to make the fix.
