The Junior Auxiliary of Crittenden County was busy all year in 2023, raising money aimed at giving back to the community, speci _cally those in need.

To that end, the JAs hosted their annual service project, Hope for the Holidays with a special “Brunch with the Grinch,” where they celebrated the holiday season with selected families throughout Crittenden County.

The families were treated to breakfast and the option to participate in a variety of holiday stations, including a hot cocoa bar, ornament making, reindeer food,

letters to Santa, Christmas coloring, cookie decorating, Christmas crafts and more! They each selected warm hats and gloves, a snack stocking, a family game night kit and even new toothbrushes! They also had the chance to win a Christmas tree, a basketball goal and a ton of gift cards through the raffle. The event was complete with photos with The Grinch, himself!

Courtney Guy, President of the Junior Auxiliary of Crittenden County said, “This project is extremely special to our hearts. The joy that an event like this brings to our children is indescribable. Our motto is: ‘Helping hands, Caring hearts, Changing lives’, and we live out that motto through service projects such as this one.”

Junior Auxiliary would like to thank their sponsors and support for this event: Merry Magnolia, Taylor Guy – Shelter Insurance, Entergy, Children’s Dental, Kindale Briggs – Coldwell Banker Heritage Homes, Chickfil- A West Memphis, Jessica Sampley Photography and JACC Life & Associate Members.
