event was a huge success, thanks in part to the partnership with the Boy’s and Girl’s Club and the support of many community other organizations.

The Junior Auxiliary was on hand to provide face painting for the kids, and they also brought the Easter Bunny for photos. Springs of Avalon nursing home showed their community spirit by cooking over 500 free burgers and hotdogs for the kids and parents to munch on. The fire department brought their trucks for the kids to explore and climb on, while the police department made an appearance with their mascot, McGruff the crime dog, as well as providing security.
