Irene Foster Mosley, 95, of Cordova, Tennessee, formerly of West Memphis, died Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, at her home.

She is survived by two daughters, Diane Higgs of Cordova, Tennessee and Rita Rogers of West Memphis; two sisters, Mary Grace Williams of Toledo, Ohio and Betsy Crosby of Memphis; 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Services Saturday, Nov. 9,

11 a.m., in First Missionary Baptist Church, West Memphis, with visitation one hour prior to service, with burial in Paradise Garden Cemetery. Anthony Funeral Home South in charge of services.

After living a life filled with love and grace, Myrtle Snyder Nichols went to be with the Lord on Nov. 4, 2019. She was born on Feb. 26, 1930, in Collierville, Tennessee to Schley and Mary Snyder.

Myrtle was devoted to God, her family, and her church. She was a mother who loved her children unconditionally. That same love was extended to her beloved grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

She lived an honorable life that focused on serving others before herself. She was a faithful member of Restoration Life in Marion, Arkansas.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her loving children, Gary Nichols (Yong Ae), Michael Nichols (Marilyn), Stanley Nichols (Sharon), Mark Kent Nichols (Diane), Susan Madison (Dan), and Steven Nichols (Vicki); her nineteen grandchildren; her twenty-nine great-grandchildren; her two sisters, Carolyn McClinton and Frances Ginn; as well as a host of other family members

She was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, James Nichols; her five brothers, Schley Snyder Jr., Theodore Snyder, Morris Snyder, Kuron Snyder, and Jimmy Snyder; her two sisters, Bertha George and Grace Crayne; her grandson, Glenn Nichols; and her great-grandson, Caleb Twitty.

Both visitation and funeral service will be held at Roller- Citizens Funeral Home, 201 N Pine Street, West Memphis, Arkansas. Visitation will be on Friday, Nov.

8, from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be on Saturday, Nov. 9, beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will immediately follow at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas.
