James Charles Kaiser, 80, of Marion, Arkansas, passed away at his home on Nov. 25, 2019.

He was born August 10, 1939 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Wilbert J. Kaiser and Birdie Lou Bernardi. Jim was of the Lutheran faith.

He was a retired manager of the West Memphis Walmart.

Jim loved to make DVD’s with pictures and music. He also wrote poetry and loved traveling. He was noted for taking seven women (family members) to Branson several times. He won the horseshoe contest at Dixie Stampede on one of those occasions.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbert and Birdie Lou Kaiser, brothers Ray and Buddy Kaiser, sisters Irene Noftz (Jack), Phyllis Skelton (Jim), Nancy Braun, Janet and Theresa Kaiser.

He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Frances, a brother, Tom Kaiser (Kathy), sister Ronda Gregory (Dave), sons Walt Kaiser (Sheila), Joey Kaiser (Julia) and Jeffrey Kaiser (Amy), Grandsons, Cain Kaiser of the U.S. Army, Hunter Kaiser and Zack Kaiser, granddaughters Lauren Kaiser, Olivia Kaiser, and Katelyn Allen, Great-grandson Canon Davis and sisterin- laws Virginia Cariker and Stella Cariker.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Ted Phillips APRN and Unity Hospice for their good care as well as all Jim’s faithful friends.

Jim was a member of the U.S. Air Force. He was stationed at the Little Rock Air Force Base where he met the love of his life, Frances Cariker and 10 months later, they married on June 17, 1962, on Father’s Day. He loved his country and no matter where or what time, he stood and honored the flag.
