The Power of Voting
When society votes, a change is made and hope is delivered.
Why is change such a demanding process? At some point everyone must shift their lifestyle, due to many reasons maybe age, income, or behavioral habits. A change is a choice.
and like seasons people have the ability to change, they must want to change.
Exactly what is Change? Change has many meanings for everyone — various meanings such as a general transition, movement towards a goal, a vision or a movement away from present conditions, beliefs, or attitudes. Whatever the interpretation, the basic understanding of change is that it will never be an ending process of readjustment and readaptation, as people respond behaviorally to ever changing circumstances.
The mere mention of the word change may cause some to feel uneasy. We often find ourselves resisting change, perhaps because of the perceived risk associated with it.
So why do we have such a hard time initiating or following through with our desire to change?
Change must always occur whether it is a small or large goal. The challenge with this process is that people often try to make too big of a change. There is no doubt about it, change is hard. and no matter how hard we try to change, the comforts of life opportunities are difficult to resist. We try everything, but sometimes despite our countless effort to change, we return to our vices with greater voracity. Whether or not we like to admit it, each and every one of us is comfortable with confirmation bias. We are more likely to seek people and information that agree with our own beliefs.
This explains why debates can be so stressful because individuals usually stick to their own opinions.

fused and stressed by change, there are some who are excited by creating change. These people are our elected and community leaders. They seek out and desire changes within organization and the quality of life situations. These people are the visionaries.
Visionary people face the same problems everyone else faces; but rather than get paralyzed by their problems, visionaries immediately commit themselves to finding a solution. Being different seeking new possibilities and ideas motivates them.
A transition or change is not negative for all people.
In fact, as a voter this should be the main reason to influence your decision with choosing elected officials in the upcoming election. Using your vote will determine the changes that will be made for our present and future generation.
Voting provides election outcomes, deciding which elected officials will be making the important decisions and establishing the policies that directly and indirectly affect many areas of our lives such as taxes, health care, military operations, education and the judicial system. Voting gives each person the opportunity to express an opinion on a matter important to them. Not voting, allows the choices and opinions of others to hold power over our lives.
How do you feel about your vote being the change? Does change matter
