Mary Ann Mengarelli, 93, of Turrell, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021. She was born August 27, 1927, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Ettore and Ida Belenchia.

Mary Ann was a graduate of St. Agnes Academy and worked at Union Planters Bank in Memphis, Tennessee before moving to Turrell, Arkansas, with her husband Dino Mengarelli, to raise a family of _ve children. Mary Ann was a homemaker who loved to cook and would always make sure everyone was fed well. She loved her family very much, and she will be dearly missed by all of those who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband of sixty years, Dino Mengarelli; and brother, Joe Belenchia. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her four sons, John Mengarelli, of Turrell, Arkansas, Paul Mengarelli (Debbie), of Marion, Arkansas, Michael Mengarelli, of Clarkedale, Arkansas, and James Mengarelli (Rose), Olive Branch, Mississippi; daughter, Diane Murphy (Gill), of Turrell, Arkansas; her seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a host of friends and family; and the kind and gracious staff of Life Pointe Village.

Visitation will be held at St. Michael Catholic Church, 411 N Missouri St, West Memphis, Arkansas, on Friday, February 26, 2021, from 12 to 1 p.m., with a Rosary Service and Funeral Mass immediately following. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery, 1663 Elvis Presley Blvd, Memphis, Tennessee.

Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be following guidelines issued by the local Department of Health and the CDC regarding COVID-19.
