The Woolfolk Public Library in Marion is bringing back its Summer Reading Program after a two-year hiatus. “Imagine Your Story” this summer, with a full slate of fun and educational events, now through the end of July.

ARCare will be hosting an Open House at their West Memphis Clinic, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, June 29, 318 S. Rhodes St., featuring food trucks, free t-shirts, a tour of the facility and a ribbon cutting with staff and care providers.

The Wedlock Life Center and the Edmondson community have a big event planned this weekend, July 1-3, at the Wedlock Life Center. formerly Wedlock Elementary School, 201 B.J. Taylor St., in Edmondson. Friday night Meet and Greet from 6 to 10 p.m, with music, food and fun prize drawings. Saturday, from noon to 8 p.m., it’s Wedlock Field Day, featuring food trucks and vendors, plenty of activities, and music by D.J. Gerald Jones. Sunday, beginning at 2:30 p.m., it’s a gospel show with guest Jones Express and soloist Jennifer Fowler, First Lady of New Bethel Church. The event is a fundraiser to preserve the historical old Wedlock Cafeteria. All donations are welcome.
