The newest East Arkansas Family Health Center location is now open to the public. Located at 301 W.

Polk Ave., in West Memphis, EAFHC-South will be operating Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Shirley Tanner, providing medical services.

Election season is officially underway. Filing with the Crittenden County Clerk’s office for the 2024 General Election for state, county and municipal races is scheduled for noon Monday, Nov. 6, through noon Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023.

Crawfordsville Craft Fair Head to The Loft at Wyatt’s Cafe on Main Street in Crawfordsville on Saturday, Nov. 18, for an Arts & Crafts Fair. from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Local artists and dealers will be selling their paintings, floral designs, pickles, tasty snacks and baked goods. Marion Christmas Parade It’s a Holly Jolly Christmas this year at the Marion Christmas Parade on Thursday, Dec. 7, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The parade will start at 120 Block St. and make its way down to Highway 77 along Old Military Road. Tornado Siren Testing The West Memphis Office of Emergency Management will conduct periodic tests of the city’s tornado siren warning system on Saturdays at noon. These sirens are located at: Tilden Rodgers Park, the J.W. Rich Girls Club, South Avalon at the VFW, 10th Street at Jackson, Goodwin at Garden Drive and MLK Drive at Beatty.
