Johnny “The King” Oli- ver, Sr., 82, of Memphis, died Tuesday, January 29, 2019, in his home.

He is survived by two daughters, Clara Butler- Jones and Mary Reshell Oliver of Bartlett, Tennessee; two sons, Leonard Clay and Johnny W. Oliver, Jr. of Memphis; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Visitation Monday, Feb.

4, from 6 to 8 p.m., in the Anthony Funeral Home South Chapel. Services Tuesday, Feb. 5, 11 a.m., in Crossroad Baptist Church, 3686 Overton Crossing, in Memphis, with visitation one hour prior to service.

Burial in Paradise Garden Cemetery.
